Personal data and cookie settings

Updated 21 October 2026. Version 2026-10-21.3.

Who handles your information

Evgeny Vitalyevich Glushko, an individual applying the professional income tax regime in Belarus. Tax identification number (UNP): КВ2371925. Address supplied by the owner: 9 Bogomolova Street, Soligorsk, 223709, Republic of Belarus. For data questions: info@glushko.dev, +375 25 612-72-73.

This document describes website inquiries, related correspondence and browser settings. It is not itself your consent or a website development contract.

Inquiries and initial estimates

The form asks for an email address and project description; your name and service selection are optional. It also includes the selected service or project context, date and source page. These details are used to respond, clarify the project and provide an initial estimate. Do not send passwords, passport information or other people’s information without an appropriate ground.

The ground for the general inquiry form is separate, voluntary consent for this purpose, without marketing subscriptions. An inquiry does not conclude a service contract. Information needed for a subsequent contract and legally required records is handled separately under the appropriate ground.

For inquiries that do not become projects, 90 days after discussions end is an upper retention limit; processing ends sooner if it is no longer necessary or an earlier legal deadline applies. An unanswered conversation must not lead to indefinite retention. Withdrawal and legally valid deletion requests are considered separately from this period.

Where inquiries are handled

Inquiries are stored in WordPress on Beget and delivered to info@glushko.dev. The owner reports that the website and email are hosted in Russia. The owner handles inquiries from Belarus and reads email in Apple Mail on a Mac and an iPhone. Using these applications does not itself mean that iCloud Mail is used.

The provider publishes these details: Beget LLC (ООО «Бегет»), Russian tax number 7801451618, registration number 1077847645590; registered address: 8B Karl Faberge Square, office 726A, Saint Petersburg, 195112, Russia. The provider supplies website and email infrastructure. Your inquiry is not published on the website.

A network request includes technical information such as an IP address. Server logs and backups are distinct from the form entry. Filters for new form entries exclude the separate IP, browser, device and country fields; this does not mean that no technical information exists at server level.

Cookie settings and browser storage

Record Purpose Duration
glushko-consent, localStorage Settings version, category choices, choice and expiry times. Records permission or refusal without a separate advertising identifier; shared by RU/EN on the same domain. 180 days. An expired record is removed when the website next accesses storage.
glushko-price-currency, localStorage Manual RUB/BYN selection in the Russian version, only if remembering preferences is allowed. Until preference withdrawal, reset or settings expiry; cleared when the website next accesses storage.
_ym_uid, _ym_d Browser identifier and first-visit date, only with Metrica permission. Up to 1 year per Yandex documentation; accessible records are cleared on withdrawal or choice expiry.
_ym_isad; _ym_visorc_* Ad-blocker detection; session replay operation. 20 hours and 30 minutes respectively, per provider documentation.
_ym_metrika_enabled; _ym_hostIndex Cookie checks and request limiting. 60 minutes and 1 day respectively.
_ym113700217_*, _ym_retryReqs and other _ym* in localStorage/sessionStorage Counter state and queued requests. Managed by the service; accessible records are cleared on withdrawal/choice expiry or manually in the browser.
_ga, _ga_P89KP32V6H Google Analytics browser identifier and session state, only after GA4 permission. Up to 180 days; accessible records are cleared on withdrawal.

The exact records depend on the browser and service features. See Yandex cookie and storage documentation. Yandex domains may also use their own cookies, which this website cannot remove across domains.

Without preference permission, a manual currency choice applies to the current page. Automatic selection uses a local server IP database without calling an external IP lookup service. The English version shows no amounts or currency selector.

Yandex Metrica and session replay

glushko.dev is configured for Yandex Metrica counter 113700217, with a click map and session replay (Webvisor). They start only after separate Metrica permission in Cookie settings. The tag does not load before a choice, after refusal or when the choice expires. Inquiry consent does not grant analytics permission. Google Analytics is described separately below.

The purpose is to understand visits and page usability. With permission, Metrica receives technical information: IP address, browser and device characteristics, cookie identifiers, visit time, page address, referral domain without parameters and interactions. Session replay reproduces viewed page content, scrolling, pointer movements and clicks. Requests to Yandex also disclose technical connection information. These records should not be described as fully anonymous.

The recipient is Yandex LLC (ООО «ЯНДЕКС»), 16 Lva Tolstogo Street, Moscow, Russia, under the Metrica terms and Yandex privacy policy. The owner views reports from Belarus. Analytics transmission is distinct from website and email hosting at Beget.

Forms are marked as hidden from session replay; recording entered values and automatic form-submission tracking are disabled through markup. Our events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers and inquiry text. Only an allowed event type, cleaned path, channel and service/project code are sent. Opening a contact page or clicking a messenger link is not a submitted inquiry. Analytics does not run on pages with unknown URL parameters; permitted contextual parameters are excluded from the reported page address. Logged-in WordPress users are normally excluded. An administrator can deliberately open the Yandex diagnostic page with _ym_debug=2 and allow Metrica in Cookie settings; session replay and the click map are disabled for that diagnostic visit. Ecommerce, advertising features and automatic external-link tracking are not enabled.

Session recordings are available for 15 days including the current day, according to Yandex documentation. The 180-day cookie-choice period does not define retention of all statistics at Yandex. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection but does not automatically erase records already received by the service; contact info@glushko.dev about cessation and deletion.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choices. Optional permission is not required to read the website. Browser settings can also remove local records. Administrator login cookies are distinct from ordinary browsing.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 (stream G-P89KP32V6H) collects visit statistics and allowed interactions only after separate Google Analytics permission in Cookie settings. Refusal does not restrict the website; inquiry consent does not grant analytics permission. Before permission, the Google script and analytics requests are not loaded. Withdraw permission at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

The recipient is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; processing may also involve Google LLC in the United States and other Google processors. This service involves international transfers rather than storage of all statistics exclusively in Belarus or Russia. See how Google uses website data, processing terms and Google privacy policy for processing and infrastructure information.

Data includes a cleaned page address without query parameters or fragments, cookie identifiers, interaction time and type, allowed service/project and contact-channel codes, and technical connection, browser and approximate location information. Our events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers and inquiry contents. Enhanced measurement, automatic form tracking, Google Signals, User-ID, user-provided data collection, advertising integrations and ad personalisation are disabled. Granular device and location collection is disabled in the property. Google Analytics does not provide Webvisor session recordings.

Event and user retention is set to 2 months, without resetting user retention on new activity. This does not limit retention of all aggregated reports. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are configured for up to 180 days; their expiry may refresh during use and browsers may shorten it. On withdrawal the website stops its own sending, removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads to unload the script; this does not automatically erase data already received by Google. For cessation and deletion requests: info@glushko.dev.

Rights and contact

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request information about processing and recipients, correction, cessation and deletion, withdraw consent and complain about violations. Start by contacting info@glushko.dev. The address above is used for legally required written requests; applicable law determines their form and contents. Ordinary email does not always replace a signed request.

Identity checks should not require excessive information. Withdrawal does not remove independent lawful grounds for retaining necessary records. Belarusian procedures and deadlines are in Articles 10–15 of Law No. 99-Z. This document does not exclude other mandatory applicable rights.

Deletion and external channels

Deletion covers the working form entry, related email and working copies. Removal from WordPress does not instantly erase all backups. Backups are distinct from the working database; completed deletions must be reapplied after restoration. Technical logging and backup conditions depend on the infrastructure in use. For information about this processing, contact info@glushko.dev.

Telegram, WhatsApp and Weblancer open when you choose them. Those services handle information under their own terms. The owner’s correspondence through an external channel also remains subject to applicable data requirements.

Under Belarusian law, the general response period for information about processing is five working days; statutory fifteen-day periods apply to correction, disclosure information, cessation/deletion and withdrawal consequences, subject to applicable exceptions. Complaints may be made to the National Personal Data Protection Centre of Belarus.
