Consent to process inquiry information

Updated 17 October 2026. Version 2026-10-17.3.

Consent to handle inquiry information

I permit Evgeny Vitalyevich Glushko, an individual applying professional income tax in Belarus, UNP КВ2371925, to process the information I provide to respond, clarify my project and give an initial estimate. Address supplied by the controller: 9 Bogomolova Street, Soligorsk, 223709, Republic of Belarus. Email: info@glushko.dev.

Information: email, optional name, project description and voluntarily supplied materials, selected services, service/project context, date and source page. Evidence of my choice includes the action, time and consent version. A passport or mandatory telephone number is not needed.

Operations: receipt, recording, storage, reading, clarification, use to respond, infrastructure processor access, restriction and deletion, using automated tools and the owner’s direct involvement. Website/email infrastructure is Beget in Russia; published Beget LLC details appear in the policy. The owner handles inquiries from Belarus using WordPress and Apple Mail on a Mac and an iPhone.

For an inquiry that does not become a project, the upper limit is 90 days after discussions end; processing ends sooner if no longer necessary, an earlier legal deadline applies, or consent is withdrawn without another lawful ground. Necessary contractual and mandatory records are considered separately. This consent does not include marketing messages or conclude a development contract.

Your rights and the consequences of your choice — separate explanation

Your choice is voluntary. Refusal does not permit processing on this consent ground. Subject to legal conditions, you may withdraw, request information about processing and recipients, correction, cessation and deletion, and complain about violations. Electronic withdrawal: email info@glushko.dev from the inquiry email address. Other formal requests follow applicable legal procedures. A routine request must not automatically require a passport.

Belarusian procedures and deadlines: Articles 10–15 of Law No. 99-Z. Choosing another communication channel does not itself remove data obligations.

Under Belarusian law, the general response period for information about processing is five working days; statutory fifteen-day periods apply to correction, disclosure information, cessation/deletion and withdrawal consequences, subject to applicable exceptions. Complaints may be made to the National Personal Data Protection Centre of Belarus.
