WordPress website improvements
I add the pages and features you need, fix errors, and improve the mobile layout. I first review your website and task, then propose a specific list of work.
The initial estimate is free. Send a link or briefly describe your project.
WORK DIRECTLY WITH ME
A defined task. A result you can check.
Keep what works
We assess what can be developed within the current website.
Agree on changes
The scope and acceptance criteria are clear before work starts.
Check the result
We review the changed workflow and related elements.
You have a website, but there is still work to do
Every change does not require a complete rebuild. The first step is to understand the current implementation’s limits and choose an appropriate scope.
01
You need a new feature
A catalog, filter, calculator, form, or section needs to be added to an existing project.
02
Something is awkward to use
Blocks break on phones, a form reports an error, or customers struggle to find the information they need.
03
Changes have accumulated
You have specific feedback and requests that need to become clear tasks, handled in order of priority.
Tasks I can help with
I work with WordPress, Elementor, ACF, and custom solutions. I confirm whether a specific change is feasible after reviewing the website.
01
Pages and blocks
I add the agreed sections and pages, change the structure, or integrate a finished design into an existing theme.
02
Catalogs and features
I develop filters, item pages, a calculator, or another agreed workflow. Before estimating, we review the data and expected behavior.
03
Forms and inquiries
I investigate submission problems and check the required fields and messages. Email, CRM, and other integrations are assessed according to the access available.
04
Mobile layout
I fix identified layout, sizing, and interaction issues on the agreed screen sizes.
05
Loading speed
I check images, requests, plugins, and server limits and propose specific improvements. Results depend on the website.
06
Technical settings
I make agreed WordPress and technical SEO changes, such as metadata templates, structure, or other confirmed requirements.
Start with the cause
The same symptom can have different causes. Before making changes, we need to understand the project and its dependencies.
01
Review and estimate
I review the affected workflow, theme, and components. If an accurate assessment needs a separate investigation, we discuss its scope and terms in advance.
02
Changes and recovery
Before higher-risk changes, we plan a backup and, where needed, a staging environment. We define how to check the result and restore the previous version.
A complete redesign, major module, or recovery after a security incident is a separate project, even if the initial request sounds like a small edit.
Viking: improving the website without a full rebuild
I added new pages, filters, and configuration tables to a construction company’s existing website. Visitors can find a suitable house project and compare its specifications.
01
The task
Add new pages and selection tools to an existing WordPress website.
02
What I built
I integrated the designs, set up editable data, and developed filters and configuration tables.
03
How to see the result
Specifications are used in selection, and configurations appear on the project detail page. The case study includes detailed screenshots.

Estimate the task list and expected outcome
Project estimate
The estimate covers an agreed package of improvements. The final scope depends on the website’s implementation and the complexity of the changes.
What affects the estimate
Task complexity, the quality of the current code, plugin dependencies, and the investigation and testing required.
Estimated separately
New designs, major features, external integrations, and emergency recovery. We agree on additional tasks before starting them.
Agreed before starting
What will change, what should work afterward, the access and materials needed, and how the result will be accepted.
From a list of issues to completed changes
01
Review the task
You send a link, description, and examples of the problem. I clarify the expected behavior.
02
Estimate the solution
I review the implementation and propose a list of work, cost, and a way to check the result.
03
Make the changes
I prepare the required backup or staging version and carry out the agreed work.
04
Check the outcome
I test the changed workflow and related elements, show you the result, and explain the changes.
What to send for an initial estimate
01
A link and a list
Your website address, an itemized list of issues, and priorities. For an error, include the steps to reproduce it and a screenshot.
02
The result you need
Explain how it should look or work after the changes. Share access after agreeing on the work, through a suitable secure channel. Do not put passwords in the public form.
A link and a short description are enough for the first message. We clarify the other materials after reviewing the task.
Questions before you start
Can you work on another developer’s website?
Yes. I first review the implementation and available materials, then explain which changes make sense within the current project and where there are limits.
Will the website need a complete rebuild?
Not necessarily. Sometimes a specific workflow fix or a separate module is enough. If the current foundation significantly limits the task, I explain this before work starts.
Can you make any website score 100 for speed?
I do not promise that score in advance. The options depend on the theme, plugins, hosting, and external services. I first identify the causes and propose changes whose results can be checked.
How are small changes estimated?
I estimate the agreed task package after reviewing your website. Changes that look similar can require different amounts of work.
What if new tasks come up?
We discuss them separately and clarify their effect on cost and timing. Additional work is not included in the original list without agreement.
Can you handle recurring tasks?
Yes. If changes are needed regularly, consider WordPress support. We agree on a process and package scope that fit your project.
Tell me about your project
Describe the website you need or what you would like to change. I will provide a free initial estimate of the work and cost. A detailed brief is not required.
